The East Palo Alto Children's Day Committee welcomes tax-deductible donations for this and future year's events. We graciously accept monetary contributions, both corporate and personal, as well as donations of food, prizes, games, and other supplies in order to ensure a successful day in the park for the children in East Palo Alto. Event Information
The past events have demonstrated children's attendance between 500 to 800 participants. Our goal this year is to increase the public awareness, thus increased attendance, by offering advertising in the form of newspaper, banners and signs.
The Children's Day in the Park event takes place in East Palo Alto, CA with a population of
30,000. This community has many cultures from Pilipino, Tongan, all Asian cultures, Latino and African Americas. The Latino population is the largest ethnic group.
